In many countries there are laws where businesses need to have returns and refunds policy. Some businesses offer refunds and returns as a way to attract new customers and build trust. In order to discourage refunds and returns you need to sell high quality products
 
I thought this had already been discussed in another post. The first and most important thing is to maintain a cordial and pleasant conversation with your client, but keeping within limits, since not everything can be your fault, right? Then, try offering another product or a discount on something before returning the product. If none of this works and everything fails, then agree on a return date for the product.
 
Handling returns and refunds in health eCommerce requires clear policies, compliance with regulations, and good communication. Always provide easy-to-find return instructions, ensure products are unopened and unused for returns, and process refunds promptly to build trust and maintain customer satisfaction.
