How effective have the use of referral programs worked in bringing in active and loyal members to your community? From my experience, it's only once in a while referral programs brings in good results. The rest of the time, few people join but they don't stay long and go away.

Obviously yes, they work and very well, not to mention when you are an influencer or have a relatively well-known YouTube or TikTok channel, then it works and very well.
