Your medical website. Fully managed. Zero hassle.
You became a physician to practice medicine, not to manage a website.
The Medically’s managed medical website plans give your practice a professional, high-performing online presence, without you or your staff ever touching a server, a plugin update, or a security certificate.
We build it. We host it. We maintain it. We keep it ranking. You focus on your patients.

What “Fully Managed” actually means
Most web design agencies hand you a finished website and walk away.
You’re left managing hosting renewals, chasing plugin conflicts, wondering why your contact form stopped working at 2am, and trying to figure out why your site disappeared from Google after an update. That is not how The Medically works.
Every managed medical website plan is an ongoing partnership. From the day your site goes live, we are responsible for everything that keeps it running, secure, visible, and converting for as long as you are a client.
Hosting and infrastructure
Your site lives on managed WordPress hosting with enterprise-level uptime guarantees. You never deal with a hosting company, a server configuration, or a cPanel dashboard. We handle the infrastructure so you don’t have to know it exists.
Security monitoring and maintenance
Medical websites are a target for malicious actors. Patient trust data, contact forms, and practice information make healthcare sites attractive to bots and scrapers. We run continuous security monitoring without you needing to lift a finger.
WordPress core and plugin updates
Unmanaged WordPress sites fail when plugins conflict after an update. We know how to properly run updates and handle any technical issues. Your medical website is always current, always stable and ready to accept more patient bookings.

Built on WordPress, owned by you
Every managed medical website we build runs on WordPress — the platform that powers 43% of the internet and the most widely supported CMS in the world.
This matters more than it might seem. Some managed website platforms for healthcare — and for professional services generally — host your site on their proprietary infrastructure. The moment you stop paying, or the moment you want to move, you lose your content, your design, and sometimes your domain history.
With The Medically, that scenario is impossible. Your WordPress site belongs to you. Your domain belongs to you. Your content belongs to you. If you ever decide to move to a different provider, take your website in-house, or work with a different developer in the future, you take everything with you — with no export fees, no data migration headaches, and no strings attached.
We manage it because it’s easier for you, not because we need to lock you in.

HIPAA-Compliant from day 1
A standard contact form on a standard WordPress site is not HIPAA-compliant. The way most web agencies configure appointment request forms, creates real compliance exposure for your practice.
Every managed medical website from The Medically is configured with HIPAA-safe contact and appointment request forms from the first day of launch. That means:
Properly configured form transmission that does not store protected health information in non-compliant environments. SSL encryption across every page of your site, not just the checkout or contact page. Privacy notices and cookie disclosures correctly placed and maintained. Analytics configured to exclude patient-identifiable data from tracking.
Live in as little as 2 weeks
The typical timeline for a managed medical website from first payment to live site is ten to fourteen days for Starter and Premium plans, and approximately three weeks for Enterprise plans with multiple providers and locations.
Day 1–2: Kickoff call
Day 2–10: Build
Day 10–14: Review and launch

Who managed medical websites are built for
- Solo practitioners and independent physicians. You are running a practice, you do not have time to manage a website. The Starter plan gives you a professional online presence without adding a single hour of technical responsibility to your week.
- Small and mid-size specialty practices. You need a website that ranks for your specialty in your city and converts the patients who find you. The Premium plan is built for exactly this scenario.
- Multi-provider and multi-location groups. You have several physicians, multiple specialties, or more than one clinic location. Your website needs to represent each provider accurately, rank in each geographic market, and generate appointments. The Enterprise plan handles this at scale.
- Practices replacing a website that isn’t working. You already have a website. It was built by a general web agency, or a family friend, or a marketing company that also builds websites for restaurants and real estate agents. It looks acceptable. It ranks for nothing and generates no patient inquiries. You can either get a bespoke website or choose one of our affordable plans.
- Telehealth providers. Your practice operates entirely or partially online. You need a website that works across multiple states, is optimized for telehealth-specific search queries, and converts patients who are specifically looking for virtual care in your specialty. Our managed plans support telehealth-specific architecture and multi-state SEO targeting.

FAQ
Do I need any technical knowledge to get started?
No. This is why we created these plans, because most healthcare providers have no time or need to learn web development. You will never need to log into a hosting dashboard, configure a plugin, or touch any technical component of your website. We handle all of it. The only thing we ask of you is a 20-minute kickoff call and a review of the finished site before launch.
Can I update my own website if I want to?
Yes. Your site is built on WordPress and you can access the CMS if you choose to. Most clients prefer to submit update requests and have us handle changes, but the access is always there if you want it. You own the site; we just manage it.
What happens if my site goes down?
We monitor your site continuously and are alerted the moment any availability issue occurs. In most cases we have resolved the issue before you are even aware of it. For any outage that requires your awareness, we notify you immediately with a status update and an estimated resolution time.
Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes. You point your existing domain to your new Medically-managed site and everything transfers seamlessly. We handle the technical migration. Your domain remains registered in your name with your current registrar.
What if I want to leave?
You can cancel anytime. In 25+ years of web development and healthcare marketing, I NEVER held clients hostage, like other agencies. I see our relationship almost like a love story. You are always free to look for your next best thing. When you do decide to leave, you take your complete WordPress site with you: all files, all content, all data. We provide a full site export. There are no exit fees.
What do the monthly content update requests cover?
Content updates include text changes to existing pages, adding or updating provider information, changing office hours or location details, updating insurance lists, and similar content modifications. New page creation, new blog posts (beyond your plan’s included posts), and structural changes to the site are handled separately.
Can I add more blog posts than my plan includes?
Yes. Additional blog posts are available as an add-on at a per-post rate.
What makes your managed plans different from hiring a local web agency?
A local general web agency builds your site and typically hands it off. Ongoing maintenance is billed hourly. SEO is a separate retainer with a different team. Content writing goes to a third-party freelancer. You coordinate multiple vendors, multiple invoices, and multiple points of failure. The Medically manages all of it under one plan, with one point of contact, at a predictable monthly cost and we work exclusively in medical, which means every component of what we do is calibrated for the specific requirements of a healthcare practice.
