Instagram? TikTok? LinkedIn? Trying to figure out which platform drives actual sales. Where do you get the most engagement? Do you use paid ads or organic?

For health eCommerce, Instagram and Facebook are top platforms due to their visual nature and strong engagement capabilities. Instagram’s features like Stories, Reels, and posts are ideal for showcasing product demonstrations, customer testimonials, and educational content. Facebook’s groups, targeted ads, and Marketplace allow for community building and more personalized engagement. YouTube is also effective for long-form content such as tutorials, reviews, or success stories. TikTok's fast-growing influence in health and wellness, especially with younger audiences, can be leveraged for viral trends and product promotion.

I have no experience with health ecommerce but based on my experience with digital marketing, I can say Facebook is the best social platform for health ecommerce marketing. That's because facebook has a very wide demography.

Facebook and Instagram will always be the best for getting clients in e-commerce, although there are some people who like to use Pinterest. It is not a social network as such, but it works very well for getting a lot of traffic, so keep these 3 in mind and work on these 3 social networks.
