What social media site do you spend the most time on?

I use Tiktok but not to share content or consume content, I use just for advertising. I use Facebook and X on a regular basis. I use Facebook more than anything else, I check Facebook multiple times in a day, I use Facebook for personal communication as well as professional networking.

I have not used Reddit for ages. I had a terrible issue with a user there, so I left Reddit but then years later I returned. When my links started getting deleted, I stopped using Reddit. I am thinking to go back.

What subreddits were you posting on? There are some subreddits that allow you to post links and others have mods that will remove them.

I don't remember, that was a couple of years ago. I think you need to earn enough reputation on the site before you can post links or promote something, is that correct?

You’re absolutely right—Reddit’s system works on a reputation scale. The more karma points you have, the better your overall experience on the platform will be.

With a high amount of karma, you can also launch your own subreddits. Keep in mind that new users can’t post links immediately, as they may be shadowbanned. It’s a good idea to earn karma by participating in discussions and posting across Reddit first. Once you’ve built up enough karma, you’ll be able to share links without issues in certain subreddits.

I’m daily on Facebook. Scrolling and looking at reels. They’re quite addictive to be honest. But I hardly post anything. Sometime I’m on Instagram but I don’t really feel a connection with this app.

I tried Threads, but all I saw was a bunch of robot content from women seeking attention. So I quickly deleted that.

Had TikTok but also deleted that app.

I personally don't spend an awful lot of time on social media at all, but when I do, it's usually X/Twitter. It's becoming more and more toxic over there lately though, which might be part of the reason why I've slowly been moving away from using it regularly. I've not been a big fan of Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platforms for that matter for several years now.

I usually spend most of my time on TikTok. The reason is that I get valuable information from it. It entertains me, and I also earn money through affiliate marketing. I hope to explore other avenues to earn from it as well.

Reddit and Youtube are the platforms I've been spending the most time on recently. I stopped going on Facebook after they started allowing anti Transgender posts on their platform. Though I should log back in to let my friends and family know, my parents know at least since they've noticed I haven't been on Facebook in a while and I talked to my mom on the phone last week.

I spend most of my time on TikTok and Instagram. Both platforms are great for discovering trends, creative content, and staying connected with communities. TikTok’s short-form videos keep me hooked, while Instagram is perfect for visual inspiration.
