The only email service I have used is Mailchimp, I have not used any other mass email service provider. Based on my personal experience, I can say Mailchimp is really good. If you have less then 2k subscribers, you can even use it for free. What do you think is the best mass email service provider?

The only one I use and I can attest that it's really good is Mailchimp. At the moment I'm not looking for another one nor do I want to look for another one, so I recommend you continue using that one, but the previous comment has recommended others in case you're interested in trying them out to see how they go.
