There are several ways, the most commonly used are thermal packaging, the use of refrigerants, although the latter depends exclusively on the product, and well if you don't have the option of fast or express transport, but of course, it doesn't make much sense if the destination is very far away, as much as you want to do it express it will still be late, so I would recommend the first two, they are the most acceptable options.
