Cheese is my favorite dairy product. It is rich in calcium and protein, and it also contains vitamin B12 and probiotics. Cheese adds flavor to a variety of dishes. I often include it in my pasta, salads, and other meals that I prepare at home. However, I make sure to consume it in moderation. Do you enjoy eating cheese?

I only eat cheese mixed with other foods. I think it's a bit too sour and needs something like meat to pair with it so I can enjoy it. But pepper jack is my favorite cheese!
