Margins are good, but legal risks seem high. Would you recommend this niche to a beginner? Would you do it all over again? What do you wish you knew at the start?

Health products can be risky for new sellers due to strict regulations and liability concerns. You must comply with safety standards, labeling laws, and marketing restrictions. Failing to meet these requirements can lead to legal issues or product recalls. However, with proper research, partnerships with reliable manufacturers, and legal guidance, you can minimize risks and successfully enter the market. It's crucial to ensure transparency, quality, and accuracy in your product claims.

I do not think selling health product is risky for new sellers as long as they are selling products manufactured by reputed companies and complies all health regulations. However, I do believe it is a difficult niche.

Nah, but you should be aware of what you are selling and above all very responsible, since they are products that impact the health of their users, as long as you are aware of what you are selling and above all you are informed there will be no problems of any kind.
