AI is an almost perfect assistant, I'd say. Those who haven't used it yet should, because it makes tasks much easier. There are many people who regularly use artificial intelligence when it comes to running their e-commerce store. For example, many people use AI tools like Chatbot when it comes to offering customer support service. These Chatbots are designed to provide basic information and help to customers. However, they are certainly not able to provide intricate information or assistance related to complications or problems faced by customers. Artificial intelligence cannot replace a real technician.
Also, AI has already arrived in our lives to stay, it even comes by default in many internet browsers such as WhatsApp itself, it is impossible not to use AI as an assistant today.
I don't have my own ecommerce store these days, on marketplaces there are limited options available for sellers regarding use of AI. When I owned my store, AI was not very popular. I think AI is being increasingly used on ecommerce store from analyzing customer behavior to recommending personal products.
