Personally, I don't think it's necessarily important for a forum to have moderators and super moderators at the same time. It's an unnecessary duplication of staff position because a moderator can do exactly what a super moderator can do.

For me yes, think that if there were no moderators a forum would be filled with spam and malicious links, perhaps with possible viruses, it would be a complete disaster and users would quickly leave the forum.

I believe having moderators and super moderators is necessary for most forums, especially as they grow. Mods help keep discussions respectful, enforce rules, and manage spam. Yes, I totally agree. Imagine a forum without moderation. It would be filled with spam messages everywhere. It would be completely crazy. So, it's essential to have good moderators.
