Do you think birds are supposed to be kept at home as people's pets? I don't think it's right in my opinion because birds are animal of the air. They are not supposed to be in a cage kept at home. This is why I don't agree with keeping birds as pets.

I believe that no animal should be kept in a cage, not only birds. The fact of the matter remains that animals also deserve to live freely. Unfortunately, many people won't consider this fact and still keep birds as pets and keep them in a cage.

I had never thought about it before, before this question I thought it wasn't cruel but after this question I think that to a certain extent it is, because although you can be the best owner and give them the best life, at the end of the day you are taking away their freedom to live life as they want, but this same thing applies to any average animal or pet, technically all animals should be able to live in total freedom and not be pets of a person.

Birds are not made to be kept in cages. They deserve freedom. Birds are the kind of animals who travel from one place to another. They try to find food and they also need to feed their offsprings. Thy also need to reproduce. Keeping them in cages is totally unnatural. No animal deserve to be in cage.

If you stop to think about it, absolutely no animal is made to be locked up. All animals should be completely free, but we have dogs and cats as pets. This is something to think about, isn't it?
