I don't know all of them but I know some, the typical one is not complying with E-E-A-T, Google will always prioritize reliable medical content and the other is not using clear language for the clients or patients you have, this can generate confusions that clearly must be avoided, you must always be as clear and detailed as possible so that they know what they are buying or looking for.

It depends, if your goal was to implement local SEO then yes, but if your goal was global or international SEO I don't think it's a mistake, although in both cases neglecting SEO is an extremely foolish mistake, SEO is vital to position and grow any website.
