In a situation where I make use of a particular method of advertising for my business, and it is not giving me the desired results, when is it considered okay to stop trying that method and try another one?

You first need to test with a small budget. Then analyze your performance. If you are not getting any traction, you can adjust your campaigns. However, before you run your campaign you always need to check whether your target audience use that platform or not.

It could be that you are targeting the wrong set of audience. Fir instance, if you are selling sneakers, and somehow, your advertising is towards aged women, surely you don't expect to get the desired results from there.

I believe you should stop when data consistently shows poor returns despite optimizations. set a timeframe (e.g., 30–90 days) and key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and engagement. If adjustments don’t improve results, change your strategy
