Shopify Vs. Other eCommerce Platforms

Among the premium ecommerce platforms, Shopify is the most popular one, however, it is not the only ecommerce platform you can use,there are multiple other platforms. For instance, Wix, Squarespace, Ecwid, etc. While shopify covers 27 percent market share, Wix has 19 percent market share, Square has 12 percent and Ecwid has 5 percent. What you you choice of ecmmerce platform? Have you used anything other than Shopify or even Woocommerce?

If more people are using shopify than wix, I believe shopify must be better. Woocommerce is free right? Maybe the choice between wix, shipify or even Woocommerce should be based on what you want to do and how you want to do.
