Pros and Cons of Using WordPress

I like wordpress for a couple of reasons, one, you can use it to create any kind of websites including forums and online stores, two, you can do all sorts of customization by using plugins and you do not need to write codes. But Wordpress is not always all good. It has vulnerabilities and cannot handle very large resources. What do you think?

There are millions of websites that run Wordpress very well, and the software is constantly upgraded. I have started using it 20 years ago and, except for forums (for which I like to use Xenforo), I use it for any kind of website.

You mentioned about forums. Have you ever tried forums on wordpress? Well, I have used Wordpress for forums and I think they are good for beginners.

Well, at least 10 times :D

Have tried all kinds of plugins, was ready to pay 300 bucks for Buddyboss and then realized I still have Xenforo licenses and it's always going to be my #1 choice. So 90 bucks later (renew a license and buy a theme), we have this one.

I have used WordPress and I have not experienced any issues so far. I hear that WordPress has vulnerabilities but I have not experienced anything yet.

Never used paid plugins to create forums on wordpress. I tried wpforo and Asgaros and it was really good
