Optimize Google Business Profiles, use unique content for each location, and encourage local reviews. Avoid duplicate content.
How do you handle content duplication across locations? Are you using location-specific landing pages?

Well, you will need to specifically use name of places such as city, town, districts, neighborhood, street as your primary and secondary keywords to be able to rank for local SEO.

You should base all your SEO on your location. The keywords, tags, and so on should be exclusively regional to your location. I would say that if there are unique or widely used words in your location, use them as keywords or tags. This will increase the chances of your site appearing in the first results when people in your location do a search with one of those words. Do you understand?

For multi-location medical practices, local SEO involves optimizing each location’s individual web page with location-specific keywords, Google My Business listings, and local content. Use consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone) across directories, gather reviews for each location, and create localized content to improve visibility in search results for each area.
