Let’s say you are selling freelancing services, a lot of people are selling the same service that you are selling. Therefore, customers have multiple options available, they are free to choose their own seller, they are not under any compulsion to buy from you. If you want to sell, you need a power of persuasion, you need to persuade your customers. How do you do that? The most important thing is to make them believe that you are offering the best product for the best price and none of your competitors are as good as you are. You need to convince them with your product.
 
Customers can always be quite difficult to persuade to use the services of our business as opposed to those of competitors. But if you demonstrate to them that your service stand out and will provide more value than other services, they will choose you.
 
Convincing some customers can be challenging. What I normally do is provide a high-quality product or service and share customer feedback or testimonials. It's vital to be honest about what you offer. Deceiving customers can lead to losing them as repeat buyers and may result in negative feedback.
