Do you think it's necessary having mods and super mods?

Personally, I don't think it's necessarily important for a forum to have moderators and super moderators at the same time. It's an unnecessary duplication of staff position because a moderator can do exactly what a super moderator can do.

Do you support having mods and super mods in a forum?
