Do you really need to use premium CMS

You can use premium as well as free CMS to create a website. I do agree that some premium CMS come with a lot of security and features but I would like to know if premium is actually necessary. Can't we just use free tools to build a great website?

I do not use Premium CMS or website builders. I have always used open source, including forum software. I do agree that there are a lot of benefits of using premium CMS but you will have to spend a lot of money to create a website and you will have to renew license every year. This can cause financial strain of your website is not earning anything.

Honestly I've seen more successful websites using Wordpress than premium scripts. You don't need a premium CMS or even forum script to have a successful website/forum. As long as you put hard work into your website, you will see results.
