Some low-risk devices don’t need special licensing but many do. Always check FDA device class before listing.
Have you categorized your devices correctly? Any confusion on classifications?

Some definitely do, but not all. There are a few, and in fact the most requested ones, that you clearly won't be able to sell without a license.

Not just medical devices, you need a license to sell all kinds of products. While you might need just a business license to sell other products, for selling health products you might also need approval from health departments and health agency.

It's true, licenses are a key product when selling medical products or devices, without these licenses it will be impossible because technically it would be illegal.

I think you can sell certain medical devices without a license. However, this depends a lot on local laws. For example, you can sell blood pressure monitoring machine and blood sugar checking devices without licenses. However, this is only possible in certain locations. It is highly recommended to check for local laws before selling medical equipment and machines.

It's true, but for my part, I try to never sell unlicensed medicines; it's too risky and can end up in legal problems.

Majority of such kind of products are available in medical stores in my country. This means that majority of the medical store owners hold license. The shopkeepers or salesmen in medical stores also hold a diploma or degree that would legally allow them to sell such products. So, people should not worry about buying such products until or unless they are buying products from illegal stores that might be operating in the city.
