I want to highlight benefits, but I’ve read about FTC and FDA restrictions.
How do you balance marketing and legal claims? Got examples of safe phrasing?

Unless you have some research or study as a proof, you cannot make any bold claims on herbal supplement. That would be against the law.

You must have something to back up your claims. If you don't have anything to back it up, such as a study, profession, etc., you can't, because that would mean saying something that you can't prove is true.

Herbal products are not magical products. Herbal products offer long-term benefits. However, herbal products might take a long time to work and offer beneficial effects to patients. These herbal products might not have any kind of side effects. This is a good thing about herbal products.
